Due to the weather conditions American Legion YC has modified their race schedule for the MidWinter regatta to race only on Sunday. The Saturday races for the PHRF fleet out of Newport Beach has been canceled.
We reported that Oceanside YC postponed their regatta earlier in the week due to the storms I the area. This has been rescheduled for the weekend of February 25 and 26. The PHRF boats will sail as scheduled on Saturday and the Lido class will race on Sunday. The forecast for this weekend appears to predict excellent conditions so come out and tune up the crew and boat for the coming racing season.
